Description
The University of Maine System is seeking responses to provide On-Call/As-Needed Services for Facilities Management, including cleaning, remediation, restoration, testing, and pest management services. The selected respondent will be required to sign a contract for five years with the option for an additional five-year renewal. The contract will cover the actual needs of the University's individual Campus Department of Facilities Management.
• The services required include cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor finishing, window washing, specialized deep cleaning, mold remediation, other remediation services, restoration services, hazardous material testing, and pest management services.
• The University is committed to providing increased access and opportunity to diverse businesses.
• The contract will be awarded based on a 100-point scale, with 40 points for cost evaluation, 10 points for master agreement, and 50 points for organization, qualifications, experience, and references.
