Washtenaw Community College is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive moving, relocation, and storage services for its campuses throughout Washtenaw County. The contract will cover the full lifecycle of moves—including tear‑down, packing, transportation, re‑installation of machinery, equipment, and corporate furniture (e.g., Knoll, KI), as well as both on‑site and off‑site climate‑controlled storage solutions. The vendor must supply all labor, tools, packaging materials, and project‑management oversight, and develop a detailed Statement of Work at no cost to the College. Pricing must be submitted as unit rates for labor, consumables, storage options, markup percentages, and an annual escalator, with a 90‑day proposal validity. The agreement starts after award and runs initially until January 29 2027, with optional one‑year renewals for up to four additional years, and can be terminated by either party at any time. Evaluation will consider compliance, methodology, capability, experience (including at least one education‑sector reference), team qualifications, and overall price/value.
