Description
The City of Cincinnati is soliciting bids for the addition of exterior lighting to the Town Center Garage. The work includes design‑build installation of new lighting fixtures, associated electrical wiring, conduit, controls, and related civil work, all in compliance with city, state, and federal regulations (including OSHA, UL, and AIA conditions). The contractor must provide all permits, safety plans, insurance, bonds, and guarantee the work for one year after final completion.
