The City of Wilmington is seeking a qualified vendor to supply knit polo shirts and baseball caps for the Wilmington Police Department. The contract covers a three‑year period (July 1 2026 – June 30 2029) and specifies exact manufacturers, part numbers, quantities, and required embellishments (shoulder patches, reflective heat‑press logos, embroidered department logo). The vendor must provide samples, local alteration services, and maintain a one‑year warranty.
