Description
The National Cancer Institute (NCI) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Gatan Inc. for the acquisition of preventive service maintenance for the government-owned Gatan Imaging Filter (GIF) BioQuantum and the Gatan K3 Digital Camera. The service shall consist of thorough cleaning, calibration, adjusting, inspection, and testing of all equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's latest established service procedures.
Some key aspects of the job include:
• Gatan certified technicians authorized to service the equipment
• A service plan including proprietary software updates
• Manufacturer OEM parts
• The anticipated period of performance will be from March 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027.
