Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a third-party provider to deliver subscription-based monitoring, protection, and ongoing service support for physical security systems at the VISN 5 office. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all labor, material, equipment, tools, monitoring, and supervision necessary to maintain and support the fully installed security systems. The scope of work includes Intrusion Detection, Access Control, and Video Surveillance systems, as well as central-station monitoring and a protection plan for naturally occurring faults/failures of currently installed equipment.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing subscription-based monitoring and protection services for physical security systems
• Maintaining and supporting fully installed security systems
• Providing central-station monitoring and a protection plan for equipment faults/failures
• Completing tasks in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW)
• Providing all necessary labor, material, equipment, tools, monitoring, and supervision
