Tennessee Tech University seeks a vendor to supply, install, integrate, and support a comprehensive point‑of‑sale (POS) and concessions‑technology system across Tucker Stadium and all athletic venues. The contract will cover hardware procurement (terminals, kiosks, handheld devices, AI self‑checkout, payment devices, side‑car units), software licensing, configuration, integration with the campus “Transact” card system, mobile‑ordering platforms, and ongoing technical support for up to five years. The solution must be operational by late August 2026, with on‑site support for the first two game‑day events.
• Deliver and install all required POS hardware (≈ 70 units total) and associated peripherals.
• Integrate the system with the Transact declining‑balance campus‑card platform, mobile ordering, and existing payment processors.
• Provide training, project management, and a five‑year maintenance‑and‑support agreement, including on‑site support for initial events.
