Gwinnett County’s Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking a vendor to supply new, unused 1500 W metal‑halide ballasts and matching capacitors on an as‑needed basis under an annual contract. The solicitation is informal; the award will go to the lowest responsive and responsible quote. The contract runs for one year with up to four optional one‑year renewals, and the vendor must provide firm pricing for each renewal period. No installation services are required, only delivery of the equipment to the County’s Parks Operations Center.
• Items: 200 EA ballasts (Advance brand or equivalent) and 200 EA capacitors (Aerovox or equivalent) per year (flexible quantity, no minimum).
