Description
The Maine Army National Guard (MEARNG) 120th RSG has a requirement for portable latrines at three training locations in order to provide field sanitation measures for multiple units during their various training events. The contractor must provide portable latrines with scheduled services, deliver and perform scheduled services in accordance with the terms and conditions established in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) section 5 and Technical Exhibits 2 and 3.
Some key points to consider:
• The period of performance is from 29 May 2026 to 13 Jun 2026.
• The contractor must comply with the Service Contract Labor Standards statute and the regulations of the Secretary of Labor.
• The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors.
• The contract will be a firm-fixed-price purchase order.
