26-17 Network and Phone Managed Services

The Massachusetts Bay Community College is seeking a vendor to provide Network and Phone Managed Services. The selected vendor will be responsible for supporting, monitoring, and maintaining the college's network and collaboration systems. The contract will be awarded to the vendor who offers the best combination of price, capability, and varied service options. The vendor must have at least six years of experience providing similar services to organizations of similar size and scope. The vendor must also demonstrate expert functional knowledge of the applications and provide at least two current higher education institutions as references. • The vendor will provide proactive monitoring, maintenance, and incident response across all Cisco infrastructure. • The vendor will conduct quarterly reviews of firmware levels, patching cadence, and device inventory with status updates and recommendations for remediation if needed. • The vendor will support audit requests with network and security data. • The vendor will provide change management documentation for all configuration adjustments.
