The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) is issuing a Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) to renew its annual IBM Informix and related software subscriptions, along with associated support, under the state‑wide Commercial Off‑the‑Shelf (COTS) Software Master Contract. Only certified Small Business Reserve vendors that are Master Contractors on the COTS 2012 contract (060B2490021) may submit. Bids are to be submitted via password‑protected email, with questions due 10/09/2026 and the bid opening scheduled for 10/15/2026. The scope includes:
• IBM Informix SE Runtime Concurrent Session license with 1‑year subscription & support.
• IBM Informix SE Developer Concurrent User license with 1‑year subscription & support.
• Potential additional licenses as needed.
• Installation and training services (optional, not to exceed 49 % of total value).
• Manufacturer’s software warranty/maintenance for a 12‑month period (10/20/2026‑10/19/2027).
• All vendors must be authorized IBM resellers, provide MSRP screenshots, and include required licensing agreements.
