Keysight Power Sensor

The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) is seeking to purchase a Keysight Power Sensor. The sensor must be a brand name or equal, and the vendor must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), an OEM authorized dealer, an authorized distributor, or an authorized reseller. The equipment must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and all software licensing, warranty, and service associated with the equipment must be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. The procurement is for new equipment only, and no remanufactured or "gray market" items are acceptable. * The Keysight Power Sensor is a USB average power sensor with a frequency range of 10MHz - 40GHz. * The procurement includes a 3-year technical support plan and options for extended warranty and calibration plans. * The vendor must provide documentation from the manufacturer stating that they are an authorized distributor for the specific items being procured. * The Government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
