Description
The University of Houston is seeking qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and related services required to replace the existing chillers and cooling tower at the Campus Recreation & Wellness Center (CRWC). The project is a competitive sealed‑proposal solicitation under Texas Education Code §51.783. A mandatory pre‑proposal conference and site visit will be held on September 11, 2026; non‑attendance will result in disqualification. Proposals are due by September 28, 2026 at 3:00 PM CDT via the JAGGAER portal. The scope includes demolition of existing equipment, installation of new chillers and cooling tower, associated piping, controls, testing, and commissioning.
