Description
The Department of Information Technology is seeking a Master Contractor to provide CIENA - AMR On-Net Expansion – DHS MG351 (51 Monroe St.) equipment and services. The scope of work includes the provision of microcomputers, PCs, servers, and associated peripherals, as well as network communication equipment, installation, and training services. The contract will be awarded to a responsive and responsible Master Contractor that provides the most advantageous offer considering price and evaluation factors.
• The contract is limited to Master Contractors awarded under the Hardware and Associated Equipment and Services 2012 contract.
• The contract is a Small Business Reserve Procurement, and only certified small business vendors are eligible for award.
• The contract requires the Master Contractor to provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the Manufacturer or Distributor.
• The contract requires the Master Contractor to include a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The contract has a due date of 3/17/2026 2:00 PM EST.
