General Mechanica/HVAC Preventive Maintenance and Construction On-Call

The City of Thornton is seeking proposals from service providers to provide general mechanical/HVAC preventive maintenance and construction services on an on-call, as-needed basis. The services may include scheduled preventive maintenance, new and renovation construction projects, and emergency HVAC services. The agreement will be for a period of approximately 5 years, with the option to renew. The city reserves the right to award to multiple service providers. • The service provider must have a minimum of 5 years of experience providing mechanical/HVAC services on commercial rated mechanical systems in the Colorado Front Range Corridor. • The service provider must be able to perform work under an open-ended general service agreement. • The service provider must be able to provide fixed rates for preventive maintenance schedules and billable hourly rates for other services. • The service provider must be able to provide a list of at least 5 references for similar services provided. • The service provider must be able to provide proof of insurance and financial capability.
