Description
The State of West Virginia, Department of Administration, General Services Division is seeking a vendor to provide garage door repair and maintenance services for various state-owned buildings. The contract will be for a one-year term with possible renewal for up to three successive one-year periods. The vendor will be required to perform annual preventative maintenance checks and repairs as needed. The vendor must provide a flat rate for each building and an hourly rate for repair labor.
• Perform annual preventative maintenance checks
• Repair and replace garage doors and parts as needed
• Provide a flat rate for each building and an hourly rate for repair labor
• Travel to all state-owned buildings to perform maintenance and repairs
• Provide all necessary tools, equipment, and supplies
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances
