Description
Beaufort County Community College is seeking a banking partnership to provide comprehensive banking services, including deposit accounts, payment processing, and account management. The college requires a reliable, cost-effective, and customer-focused banking solution that meets its financial needs and complies with applicable regulations. The selected vendor will be expected to provide a range of services, including checking accounts, online banking, wire transfer services, and fraud protection. The contract will have an initial term of five years, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing deposit accounts for institutional funds, county funds, and payroll
• Offering online account management services, including stop payments, bank transfers, and daily activity reports
• Providing wire transfer services, ACH services, and positive pay services
• Maintaining fraud protection and security measures on all accounts
• Offering a current disaster recovery plan and SOC report upon request
• Designating a contract manager and customer service point of contact for the college
