T5 Concessions RFP (Personal Services)

The Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to develop, manage, and operate the Terminal 5 Concessions at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). The successful proposers will be responsible for ensuring the successful development, management, and operations of food & beverage, convenience retail, specialty retail, and other concessions in Terminal 5. The proposers are expected to deliver customer service amenities, a strong commercial vision, and a passenger experience at LAX competitive with the world’s leading international airports. • The concessions include food & beverage, convenience retail, specialty retail, and other concessions. • The proposers are expected to evoke a sense of Los Angeles’ diversity through a reflection of the city’s unique, innovative collection of locally inspired brands, culinary offerings, and regional identity. • The proposers can access the relevant documents by registering in Bonfire (Euna) and logging in to the bid portal. • The bidders are responsible for contacting Bonfire Support in case of any technical problems.
