Description
The Warren County Board of Supervisors is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide inmate communications services for the Warren County Jail. The services should include providing a system for inmates to make phone calls and send messages. The contractor should have experience in providing similar services to correctional facilities. The proposal should include a statement of interest, a minimum of 5 references, and any other promotional information about the person or firm. The contractor should also provide a proposal surety in the form of a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid.
• The proposal should be submitted to the Warren County Purchasing Office by the deadline.
• The contractor should be listed on the Mississippi Public Service Commission's approved Institutional Service Providers Listing.
• The contractor should provide a complete inspection of the Warren County Jail.
• The contractor should attend the pre-proposal conference scheduled for December 12, 2025.
