2026 Custodial Services

The Kent Intermediate School District is seeking a custodial services contractor to provide full custodial services for six of its buildings, including Pine Grove Learning Center, Empower U Central, Empower U North, Kent Education Center - Beltline, Kent Conference Center, and Maintenance/Receiving Building. The contract will be for a two-year period with guaranteed pricing, plus two optional renewal years. The contractor will be responsible for providing nightly cleaning services, including trash removal, floor care, and restroom sanitation, as well as performing deep cleaning tasks and responding to special requests.
