COURTHOUSE REUSE RFI

The City of Malden is seeking non-binding expressions of interest and conceptual ideas for the reuse of the former Malden District Courthouse, the adjacent small parking lot, and possibly the City-owned parking lot across the street. The City is looking for innovative and creative ideas for the reuse of these properties. The Request for Information (RFI) can be obtained via email, and conceptual reuse ideas must be submitted via email to Deborah A. Burke by March 19 at 10 a.m. • The RFI is not a Request for Proposals (RFP) and does not initiate a disposition process under M.G.L. c.30B, §16. • The City seeks information only and will not make any award based on responses to this RFI. • A detailed description of the property is included in the RFI.
