Description
The Department of State Health Services (DSHS) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide Maintenance and Operations (M&O) services for LabWare software in support of the DSHS Public Health Laboratory Division (PHLD) Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). The contractor will be responsible for providing secure reporting of test results and other patient-specific data, as well as ensuring compliance with HIPAA and HHS Information Security and Privacy Requirements. The scope of work includes licensing, system maintenance, and customer support for system administration, configuration, patching, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
