Description
The Public School Employees' Retirement System (PSERS) is seeking a consultant(s) for non-discretionary investment consulting and performance measurement services to fulfill its fiduciary duties with respect to the Fund. The services requested under this RFP have been divided into two (2) Lots: 1.) General Consultant Services and 2.) Performance Consultant Services. Offerors may propose on an individual Lot or both Lots. The Board will make an award in the best interests of the Commonwealth of two (2) individual Lots or as a combination of both Lots. The selected consultant will provide investment consulting and performance measurement services, including reference checks, due diligence, and performance reporting.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing non-discretionary investment consulting services
• Performing performance measurement services
• Conducting reference checks and due diligence on investment managers
• Preparing monthly and quarterly performance reports
• Providing risk management and monitoring services
• Assisting with data requests and performance-related exhibits
