Furnish and Manage UFCU Stadium Events

Texas State University is seeking a qualified vendor to furnish, coordinate, and manage comprehensive turn-key events at UFCU Stadium. The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary services and equipment to ensure successful events. The scope of work includes party, holiday, and event decorating and planning services, conference coordinating and planning services, and audio/video production services. The university intends to enter into an agreement with one or more vendors to provide these services. • The vendor must be able to provide comprehensive turn-key event management services. • The vendor must be able to furnish all necessary equipment and supplies for events. • The vendor must be able to coordinate and manage events at UFCU Stadium. • The vendor must be able to provide party, holiday, and event decorating and planning services. • The vendor must be able to provide conference coordinating and planning services. • The vendor must be able to provide audio/video production services.
