The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking quotations for two medical devices: (1) the DuoLith SD1 T‑TOP Ultra Dual‑Modality Shockwave Therapy System, which combines focused electromagnetic and radial pressure‑wave therapy on a single cart for shared use by Pain and Podiatry departments; and (2) the OrthoPulse Ultra 100 radial/pressure‑wave system for superficial musculoskeletal applications. Each item must be supplied with all required accessories, a minimum two‑year factory warranty, and a one‑million‑pulse wear warranty. Offerors must provide technical documentation proving compliance with the listed characteristics, FDA PMA evidence for the chronic plantar fasciitis indication, and an authorized distributor letter from the OEM. Both devices must be quoted and delivered simultaneously to VAMC Bedford, MA, with the vendor stating the best achievable lead time. Evaluation will be based on lowest price meeting all technical requirements.
