Description
Lubbock Power & Light is seeking a comprehensive Contract Life Cycle Management Software Solution to manage contracts for their Legal Team and Contract Administration. The solution should include a centralized contract repository, workflows, reminders, reporting tools, role-based access, integrations, and implementation support. The contract will be for a term of three years with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods.
Key features required include:
- Cloud or On-Premise options
- System Features such as dashboard, document management, reminders, reports, workflows, and API integrations
- Cybersecurity features such as access management, audit logs, patching, encryption, and compliance
- Training and support for end-users and admins
- Experience with Municipalities and local government entities
- Ability to manage historical document upload and repository structure
