Description
The USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is seeking commercial vendors to provide retail scanner data and related services, including data acquisition, processing, and optional training and support tasks. The solicitation is a firm‑fixed‑price RFQ with a one‑year base period and up to two one‑year option periods (maximum contract term 2 years). Vendors must submit a complete quotation package (SF‑1449, UEI, past‑performance references, capability statement, and a firm‑fixed‑price quote valid 60 days).
