The Taylor School District is seeking a single‑prime contractor to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment for a comprehensive HVAC upgrade at Hoover Middle School. The scope includes selective demolition of existing HVAC systems, installation of new ductwork, air‑handling units, packaged condensers, hydronic piping, control systems (DDC), fire detection integration, and related electrical work. The project must comply with NFPA 72, local codes, and the district’s schedule, with construction slated for January 2027 through August 2027.
