Commercial Lab Solution

The Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC) is seeking a contractor to provide engineering expertise and support for the development of a Future 5G Lab. The contractor will be required to research, design, develop, analyze, and provide systems engineering, modeling and simulation (M&S), and scientific studies and analysis support on emerging threats affecting national security. The contractor will also be required to provide support for the development of a resilient network and the integration of emerging technologies with legacy military communication and bomber systems. The contract is expected to be a sole source award to Stephenson Stellar Corporation (SSC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit research and development organization. • The contractor will be required to provide engineering expertise and support for the development of a Future 5G Lab. • The contractor will be required to research, design, develop, analyze, and provide systems engineering, modeling and simulation (M&S), and scientific studies and analysis support on emerging threats affecting national security. • The contractor will be required to provide support for the development of a resilient network and the integration of emerging technologies with legacy military communication and bomber systems. • The contractor will be required to provide support for the development of a test lab for network and cyber capabilities. • The contractor will be required to provide support for the development of a SCIF and other facilities to support the contract requirements.
