Police Department HVAC Unit Replacement

The City of West Sacramento is soliciting bids for the replacement of approximately 24 roof-mounted HVAC packaged units at the Police Department facility. The work includes removal, disposal, furnishing, delivery, installation, start-up, testing, balancing, calibration, commissioning, and documentation for replacement units equivalent in capacity and function to existing units. The contractor shall also replace the existing BMS system with an IVU-compliant system and clean associated ductwork serving the replaced HVAC units.
