Description
The Wilkes Community College is seeking bids for the construction of Building 7 – Storm Drainage Repair. The project involves the installation of new storm drainage infrastructure, including site retaining wall and pavement removal and replacement. The bid will be a single prime contract, and all proposals shall be lump sum. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held to address project-specific questions and bidding procedures.
• The project duration is 120 days.
• A performance bond and a payment bond will be required for 100% of the contract price.
• Payment will be made based on 95% of monthly estimates and final payment upon completion and acceptance of work.
• The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
