Description
The Jones County School System is seeking bids for milk and dairy products for the School Nutrition Program. The contract will commence on July 1, 2026, and terminate on June 30, 2027. The selected vendor will be required to provide products that meet the specifications and requirements outlined in the bid documents. The vendor must also comply with federal and state laws and regulations, including the Buy American provision.
• The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional years.
• The vendor must be able to track nutritional values for all products offered.
• The vendor must comply with the Buy American provision.
• The vendor must provide a certification of compliance with the debarment and suspension regulations.
