Description
The US Army Engineer District, Walla Walla is seeking a contractor to provide portable toilets, vault pumpouts, and septic tank pumpouts for various projects in the area. The contractor will be required to provide firm fixed prices for all line items. The government will award one contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror meeting or exceeding all solicitation requirements and representing the best value based on price.
