Description
The Alabama State Parks agency seeks a qualified vendor to provide credit‑card processing services for fuel dispensers already equipped with Verifone Commander C‑18 POS hardware at several state park locations. The vendor will handle all transaction processing, PCI compliance, settlement statements, and associated fee reporting, charging the State on a monthly invoicing basis. The contract is capped at $25,000 annually and may be renewed each year for up to five years, with the State paying only for actual transaction volume (estimated 5–400 transactions per month).
• Process credit‑card transactions on existing Verifone fuel dispensers (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Amex).
• Provide a detailed fee schedule covering per‑transaction, PCI, administrative, special handling, interchange, and ESP fees (unit price $0.00).
• Issue monthly invoices in arrears; no auto‑pay capability.
• Annual contract value not to exceed $25,000, renewable up to five years subject to annual review.
