Replacement of X-Ray Equipment

The County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, is soliciting proposals for the replacement of existing x-ray equipment at NorthPoint Health and Wellness Center (NPH). The selected solution should improve patient throughput times, reduce repetitive motion injuries to technologists, reduce or be equal to current patient dose, integrate seamlessly with the existing EHR RIS, PACS, and comply with Federal and State healthcare radiation emitting equipment and electrical safety standards. Key requirements include: • Ceiling-mounted digital radiography (DR) system • X-ray tube, generator, wall stand/bucky, table, and bucky • Two digital detectors with accessories • Acquisition workstation with processing software • Extended service and maintenance agreement for a minimum of 60 months • Compliance with Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) regulations The proposal should include a detailed technical specification, cost proposal, installation and implementation plan, training plan, and warranty and service support information.
