Description
This solicitation seeks a qualified vendor to supply ABB‑branded electrical and automation products, parts, and related services for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville’s Water Services facilities on an indefinite‑delivery/quantity basis. The contract is an IDIQ with no guaranteed minimum or maximum purchase volume; Metro will issue individual purchase orders as needs arise. All deliveries are FOB Destination, prepaid by the contractor, and security background checks are required for personnel accessing Metro sites.
• Sole‑source to ABB products – no alternate manufacturers or substitutions allowed.
• Items include Distributed Control Systems, Variable Speed Drives, Motor Control Centers, PLCs, switchgear, sensors, and related accessories for multiple water treatment plants.
• Contractor must provide insurance (general liability, products liability, cyber, E&O, etc.), complete a vendor checklist, MISA information‑security questionnaire, and certify compliance with numerous statutory affidavits.
• Pre‑offer meeting on 09/29/2026 (registration required); questions due 10/01/2026; final bid submission by 2 PM CST on 10/13/2026 via Metro’s iSupplier portal.
• Award expected 10/15/2026 with contract execution shortly thereafter; offers must remain valid for 150 days.
