Description
The City of Yuba City is seeking a quotation for the modification of two fleet bay doors at the Corporation Yard. The project includes the installation of steel framing, saw-cutting and removal of existing doorway head jambs, removal and disposal of existing bay doors and related hardware, relocation of conflicting conduit and conductors, installation of new roll-up doors, and adjustment of door openers. The quotation must include net unit and total prices after all trade and city discounts have been deducted.
• Installation of steel framing per plan
• Saw-cutting and removal of existing doorway head jamb per plan
• Removal and disposal of existing bay doors, guides, and related hardware
• Relocation of any conflicting conduit, conductors, or other items necessary to facilitate installation and operation of new door systems
• Installation of new roll-up doors per plans
• Adjustment of southerly door opener as necessary for operation of new roll-up door
• Installation of new door opener for northerly door per plans
