Mobility Certification Program

The Maryland Transit Administration is seeking a contractor to manage the Mobility Certification Program. The program involves assessing individuals for acceptance into the MTA Mobility program. The contractor will be responsible for managing the certification program, conducting interviews and assessments, and providing travel training. The contract term is for 7 years, with a total bid price to be entered into eMMA. The bid form is structured to ensure each bidder has the same information, and the total bid price includes all optional supplemental support positions. The contractor will have access to run selected reports from Trapeze, but will need to provide additional information for the Daily and Monthly Reports.
