Description
Massport is seeking a qualified contractor to provide a three‑year, authority‑wide term contract for interior and exterior curbside signage at all Massport facilities (Bedford, Boston, Braintree, Danvers, Framingham, Woburn, Worcester). The work includes removal of existing signs, fabrication of new sign boxes, panels, frames, graphics, illumination, and installation of a wide variety of sign types (non‑illuminated, illuminated, directional, ADA‑tactile, reflective, etc.) on a work‑order basis. The contractor must respond to standard, rush, and emergency work requests within 48 hrs, 24 hrs, and 4 hrs respectively, and must meet extensive safety, security, prevailing‑wage, insurance, bonding, and OSHA‑10 training requirements. Bids are submitted electronically via Bid Express with a 5 % bid bond, and the contract value is estimated at $2.5 million.
