Traffic Sign Materials - Blanks, Brackets, Signpost & U-Post Inserts

The Pinellas County, Public Works, Traffic Transportation Sign Division, seeks to establish a contract for traffic sign materials, blanks, brackets, signposts, and u-channel insert panels. This is a material-only contract. The contract will be for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend for an additional 12 months. The contractor will be required to provide technical services as needed, and a warranty of at least one year from the date of delivery of the goods. The County will make an effort to consolidate purchases, with a minimum order size of $1500 for any combination of awarded line items. • The contract will include the provision of various traffic sign materials, including vertical reflective panels, signposts, and sign blanks. • The contractor must provide a certificate of insurance and endorsement in accordance with the insurance requirements listed in the contract. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances, including those related to asbestos removal and disposal. • The contractor must provide a reference list of at least four customers for whom they have performed similar services. • The contractor must be registered with the Florida Division of Corporations and obtain a certificate of authority from the Department of State if they are a foreign corporation.
