This solicitation is a small‑business set‑aside RFQ for a variety of kosher‑certified food items (meals, breads, dairy, canned goods, etc.) to be delivered to Federal Correctional Institution Otisville, NY, during the fall of 2026. The government will award multiple contracts based on price and past performance, with delivery FOB to the prison.
