CUSTODIAL SERVICES

The City of Boulder is seeking multiple qualified contractors to provide custodial services for both City-owned and leased buildings. The contractor will be responsible for completing all tasks outlined in the custodial task schedules, providing all materials and supplies, and managing employee benefits. The contract will be for a period of one year, beginning January 1, 2026. • The contractor must have experience in providing custodial services. • The contractor must be able to provide all necessary equipment and supplies. • The contractor must be able to manage employee benefits, including payroll, leave, disability, health insurance, pension, workers' compensation, etc. • The contractor must be able to provide a list of all cleaners and chemicals used, including brand names and the purpose for each. • The contractor must be able to provide onsite supervisory services as needed. • The contractor must be able to respond to special work requests with a maximum response time of 4 hours.
