Request for Proposals (RFP) for Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Solution

The City of Cayce is seeking a hosted Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) solution to improve its maintenance tracking, field service efficiency, asset lifecycle management, and asset performance reporting. The City is looking for a cloud-based, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solution with strong mobile field capabilities, effective inventory management, and robust asset reporting functions. The selected vendor will provide implementation services, including project management, discovery, system configuration, data conversion and migration, testing, training, go-live support, and post-live support. • The CMMS solution must be cloud-based and COTS. • The vendor must have at least 5 years of experience in providing similar CMMS software implementations within water and/or wastewater utilities in the United States. • The vendor must provide 5 references where they installed the proposed CMMS solution that is still in production in water and/or wastewater utilities within the United States. • The implementation plan must include project management, discovery, system configuration, data conversion and migration, testing, training, go-live support, and post-live support. • The vendor must provide a detailed cost breakdown for the City's total cost of ownership over a 5-year period, including all desired interfaces, licensing, support, and services.
