Air University Auditoriums and Conference Rooms Maintenance Plan

The US Air Force is seeking information from potential sources for the maintenance and repair of audio-visual systems in auditoriums and conference rooms at Air University facilities located at Maxwell Air Force Base and Gunter Annex in Montgomery, AL. The contractor will be required to provide regular routine maintenance, respond to requests for repair services, and replace out-of-warranty equipment. The contract is expected to be a Firm Fixed Price contract with a base period of 12 months and four one-year option periods. • The contractor will be responsible for maintaining and repairing audio-visual systems, including projectors, monitors, video walls, and control systems. • The contractor will be required to provide on-site maintenance and repair services, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. • The contractor will be required to replace out-of-warranty equipment with like items that perform the same capabilities as the original equipment. • The contractor will be responsible for providing training to Air University personnel on the operation of installed equipment. • The contractor will be required to provide quarterly and annual service reports to the Air University Contracting Officer's Representative.
