Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) Data Management System (DMS)

The Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) is seeking a Data Management System (DMS) to track and report participant performance data for the Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) program. The DMS must meet Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) federal reporting standards and provide tools for data entry, management, and reporting. The contractor will be responsible for implementing the DMS, providing training and support, and ensuring the system is secure and compliant with state and federal regulations. Key features of the DMS include: * Ability to track student demographic information, enrollment, and attendance * Capacity to generate reports for local and state-level program management * Compatibility with standard web browsers and ability to integrate with other office productivity software * Scalability and customizability to accommodate changes in stakeholder needs * Audit trail for all activities related to back-office or privileged users * Ability to handle up to three years of comparative data and provide ad hoc reporting capabilities
