Description
The County of San Bernardino is seeking bids for the purchase of HPE DL380 Gen12 Servers. The servers are required for the County's Information Technology and Support Division. The bid includes the purchase of 15 HPE ProLiant Compute DL380 Gen12 SFF NC Configure-to-order Server, 30 Intel Xeon 6517P 3.2GHz 16-core 190W Processor for HPE, 360 HPE 32GB (1x32GB) Dual Rank x8 DDR5 -6400 CAS-52-52-52 EC8 Registered Smart Memory Kit, 15 HPE ProLiant Compute DL3XX Gen12 8SFF x1 U.3 Tri-Mode Drive Cage Kit, and 15 HPE ProLiant Compute DL3XX Gen12 Multipurpose Drive Cage Kit. The servers must meet the specifications outlined in the bid document.
• The servers must be HPE ProLiant Compute DL380 Gen12 SFF NC Configure-to-order Server.
• The processors must be Intel Xeon 6517P 3.2GHz 16-core 190W Processor for HPE.
• The memory must be HPE 32GB (1x32GB) Dual Rank x8 DDR5 -6400 CAS-52-52-52 EC8 Registered Smart Memory Kit.
• The drive cage kits must be HPE ProLiant Compute DL3XX Gen12 8SFF x1 U.3 Tri-Mode Drive Cage Kit and HPE ProLiant Compute DL3XX Gen12 Multipurpose Drive Cage Kit.
• The bidder must provide a completed IRS W-9 form to provide a Federal Tax ID number, or if not available, to provide a Social Security Number (SSN).
• The bidder must comply with all air pollution control, water pollution, Safety and Health Ordinances and statutes which apply to the work performed pursuant to this contract.
• The bidder must provide evidence of the California Fire Marshal's test results and approval number for the materials furnished under this contract.
