Parks Digital Ticketing Software

The County of Mohave is seeking a digital ticketing software for its parks. The selected vendor will provide a turn-key ticketing solution, including ticket sales for park entry and events, accounting and support services, training of park staff, and hardware and software for the ticketing system. The system must be functional by April 2026 and be able to handle a minimum of 300,000 park entries per year. The vendor will also provide customer support and training to park staff. Some key features of the ticketing system include: • Ability to sell and manage general and reserved admission entry tickets • Internet-based, secure, and brandable online storefront and shopping cart experience • Real-time inventory management and reporting • Ability to download unique codes for alternative ticket sales • Option for using codes with ticket setup process • Scanners that can accommodate mobile device redemption • PCI compliance and meeting state PCI compliant requirements • Ability to provide email blasts and push notifications • Social media sharing options • Customer service and support
