Description
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is soliciting quotations for the purchase of eight (8) Polaris XPEDITION UTVs and eight (8) Featherlite enclosed trailers to support the Office of Justice Services Missing and Murdered Unit. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price purchase order awarded to the lowest‑priced technically acceptable offer from an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE). Delivery must occur within 210 calendar days after receipt of order to four designated locations. Offerors must submit a completed SF‑1449, pricing that includes all freight and delivery, and an Indian Economic Enterprise representation form.
