The U.S. Navy is seeking a vendor to implement the necessary upgrades to the Switch-Mode Power Supply (SMPS) load banks. The scope of work includes designing, implementing, and verifying an active DC current control algorithm to eliminate the generation of DC currents by the SMPS load banks. The vendor must deliver software or firmware media and provide step-by-step instructions on the implementation of upgrades. The vendor will also provide one full working day of on-site support at Patuxent River, MD.
