Description
The State of West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids to establish an open-end contract for School Based Health Services (SBHS). The contract will provide mandatory services for a base year and optional renewal years. The services include health services for students, and the vendor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and supplies. The contract will be for a period of 9 months, with optional renewal years. The vendor will be required to submit a bid that includes all costs, and the State will evaluate the bids based on the lowest responsible bidder.
